वही Bollywood अब बोलने के लिए उठ कर खड़ा हो गया है…अब तक उसे डर था कि एक फिल्म बनती है तो करोड़ों रुपये लगते हैं, फिल्म का विरोध हुआ, तो फिल्म पिट जाएगी, प्रोड्यूसर को नुकसान होगा…लेकिन Bollywood को बात समझ में आ गई है कि …इज्जत की लड़ाई खुद लड़नी होती है … न प्रेस …न सरकार …ये लड़ाई उनके लिए कोई और नहीं लड़ेगा…

लिहाजा …टीवी न्यूज चैनलों में जिस तरह Bollywood की गलत छवि पेश की जा रही थी, उसके खिलाफ Bollywood के कई प्रोडक्शन हाउस एक साथ आए हैं और उन्होंने एक सिविल सूट दायर किया है।

Bollywood:मुकदमे से पहले क्या हुआ था ?

बॉलीवुड के बदलते मिजाज का इशारा कुछ पहले ही मिल गया था, जब दो अलग-अलग शो में इस ओर हिंट किया गया था। 30 सितंबर को केबीसी में अमिताभ बच्चन ने यूं तो कई सवाल पूछे, लेकिन इनमें दो सबसे अहम थे..एक सवाल था …दबंग सीरिज की फिल्मों में सलमान खान का नाम क्या है? और दूसरा सवाल आदित्य ठाकरे पर था कि ठाकरे परिवार से एसेंबली का चुनाव लड़ने वाला पहला शख्स कौन है ?  ये इसलिए खास है क्योंकि इसके पहले बीते हफ्ते से रिपब्लिक टीवी पर अरनब गोस्वामी इन दोनों पर लगातार बरस रहे थे।

दूसरी घटना चैनलों पर मुकदमा करने के फौरन पहले हुई, जब बिग बॉस 14 वीकेंड का वार में सलमान खान बोले –

बिग बॉस के अंदर या किसी भी शो के अंदर,  you have to play the right game. ये नहीं कि  TRP के लिए कुछ भी खेलो…बहुत अच्छा जा रहे हो तुम लोग… From Day-1, I have never seen the response you are getting. To make it bigger and better, be honest and real. Not by …कि यार ये बकवास कर रहा है…झूठ बोल रहा है…चिल्ला रहा है…प्वाइंट ये नहीं है…. वो आपके चैनल को बंद कर देंगे …..जो मुझे कहना था ,  indirectly मैंने कह दिया

पहले अमिताभ और फिर सलमान का ये बयान …बड़े साफ तौर पर इशारा था कि चाहे बीजेपी का IT सेल हो या टीवी न्यूज चैनल…. बॉलीवुड अब आमने-सामने की लड़ाई लड़ने को तैयार है।

Bollywood:आखिर ये चैनल ऐसा क्या कर रहे थे?

अरनब और दूसरे चैनल यकीनन कुछ ऐसा कर रहे थे, जिससे बॉलीवुड इन पर मुकदमा करने को मजबूर हो गया।

अरनब की तरह ही टाइम्स नॉउ में राहुल शिवशंकर भी बॉलीवुड को लगातार निशाने पर ले रहे थे

इन चैनलों में जिस तरह की भाषा का इस्तेमाल हो रहा था और खबरों को सनसनीखेज बना कर पेश किया जा रहा था उससे आहत बजाज और पारले जी ने इन चैनलों को एड देने से मनाही करने का ऐलान कर दिया।

Bollywood:मुकदमे में खास क्या है

1. ये पहली बार है कि हिन्दी सिनेमा के 34 बड़े प्रोडक्शन हाउस, प्रोड्यूसर्स गिल्ड समेत 4 बड़े एसोसिएशन और एक्टर्स में …सलमान खान, शाहरुख खान, आमिर खान के साथ बीजेपी के चहेते माने जाने वाले स्टार अक्षय कुमार और अजय देवगन ने मिल कर मोर्चा बनाया है और इसमें उनका साथ दे रहे हैं रिलायंस इंटरटेनमेंट यानी मुकेश अंबानी।
2. रिपब्लिक टीवी, टाइम्स नॉ जैसे चैनलों और अरनब गोस्वामी, राहुल शिवशंकर, नविका कुमार का नाम लेकर कहा गया है कि इन्हें बॉलीवुड के खिलाफ “irresponsible, derogatory and defamatory remarks” देने से रोका जाए।
3.  बॉलीवुड को लेकर ये टीवी चैनल जिस तरह के अल्फाज का इस्तेमाल कर रहे हैं, वो अपमानजनक है  ..जैसे … “dirt”, “filth”, “scum”, “druggies” and expressions such as “it is Bollywood where the dirt needs to be cleaned”, “all the perfumes of Arabia cannot take away the stench and the stink of this filth and scum of the underbelly of Bollywood”, “This is the dirtiest industry in the country”, and “cocaine and LSD drenched Bollywood”.
4. लॉ फर्म DSK Legal की ओर से दर्ज सूट में 5 अहम बातें कही गई हैं –
5. “The livelihood of persons associated with Bollywood is being severely impacted by the smear campaign being run by the Defendants. This is in addition to the ongoing pandemic which has resulted in extreme revenues and work opportunity loss. The privacy of the members of Bollywood is being invaded, and their reputations are being irreparably damaged by painting the entire Bollywood as criminals, seeped in drug culture, and making being part of Bollywood as synonymous with criminal acts in the public imagination.”
6. It is pointed out that these reporters have previously been penalized and reprimanded and have had orders passed against them by courts for irresponsible reportage and defamatory content. Further, they have previously been found guilty of broadcasting incorrect news, the producers claim.
7. Moreover, it is alleged that these news channels have been “openly flouting” the Programme Code framed under Section 5 of the Cable Television Networks (Regulation) Act, 1995 contained in Rule 6 of the Cable Television Network Rules, 1994.
8. “These Defendants are conducting and publishing parallel private ‘investigations’ and effectively acting as “courts” to condemn persons connected with Bollywood as guilty based on what they claim is “evidence” found by them, thereby trying to make a mockery of the criminal justice system.”
9. The producers make it clear that they are not seeking a blanket ban on coverage related to the investigation in the Sushant Singh Rajput case. They have sought permanent injunctions against Goswami, Shivshankar & co “from carrying on reportage and publication of material that violates applicable laws”.

Bollywood:दिल्ली से ज्यादा मुंबई हाईकोर्ट से हो सकती है परेशानी

दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट में दर्ज इस मुकदमे के अलावा टीवी चैनलों की नजर मुंबई हाईकोर्ट में Chief Justice Dipankar Datta and Justice GS Kulkarni की बेंच में मीडिया ट्रायल पर टल रहे एक और मुकदमे पर भी होगी, जहां टीवी चैनलों की जम कर खिंचाई की जा रही है। यहां Senior Advocate Devadatt Kamat ने कहा कि जब जांच एजेंसी किसी मामले की जांच कर रही होती है, तब उससे जुड़े किसी सबूत का टीवी पर दिखाया जाना अदालत की अवमानना है। जांच एजेंसियों ने कोर्ट में एफिडेविट दे कर कहा है कि हम किसी तरह की सूचना टीवी चैनल्स को नहीं दे रहे,  तब ये सूचनाएं आखिर कहां से लीक हो रही हैं? अदालत में  एडवोकेट राजेश इनामदार ने कहा कि इससे पहले जब NBA ने रिपब्लिक को फटकार लगाई तब इन्होंने एक नया संगठन  NBF -News Broadcasters Federation. ही बना लिया। आप फिर किसी पर एक्शन लेंगे, वो एक और नया संगठन बना लेगा।

अब एक और केंद्र सरकार समर्थित टीवी न्यूज चैनल्स हैं तो दूसरी ओर है बॉलीवुड …ये लड़ाई दिलचस्प होने वाली है।
